1941 Cadillac Series 62 CLUB COUPE, Vin # 8349384, this car just came out of a High End Collection and is being offered for sale for the first time in many years.
This car has the original matching number Flathead V/8 engine and runs and drives great.
A/C was added correctly and blows Cold and really makes this car enjoyable to drive.
It has also been converted to a 12 volt system and is totally reliable and can be driven anyware like a new car!! It is a Rare car with only 1700 Series 62 Club Coupes built in 1941.
The car has a nice rust free body and decent paint, there are a few flaws in the paint that are hard to see in the photos, I took a picture of some door chips and there is light damage to the right front fender that is hard to see.
The chrome and stainless steel are in excellent condition, all the gauges work and has had a temperature gauge added, the car also had an electric fan added for when the A/C is on, this car runs cool and needs nothing mechanically.
The engine starts and runs like new, has no leaks and burns no oil..
This car was set up by someone who knew what he was doin and all the mods were done correctly.
The original interior is a true time capsule and I believe only the rugs were changed, the factory seats have plastic period correct covers on them, the door panels show some staining and I believe they could be cleaned up if you want.
The glass is awesome on this car and the window regulators feel like its a new car!! The car has optional Factory Fog Lights and Driving Lights….
Everything works, blinkers, horn, wipers, etc….
The brakes stop great and they have a nice feel to them with No pull or vibrations..
I just put a new battery and when doing I noticed some rust in the battery box, this was the only rust I saw and believe it was caused over the years from a bad battery.
That is the few negative things this car has and can easily be corrected…..
The car must be seen and driven to appreciate, it is over 70 years old and has been in good hands its whole life…a true Classic with many miles of fun still to be had….
