1946 Bristol

[nggallery id=24]
Before the WW II Frazer Nash had built BMW models under license and after the war Bristol picked up where Frazer Nash left with their first model, the 400. The 400 was based on the BMW 327 and featured a slightly modified version of BMW’s 6 cylinder engine. On the outside it also still resembled the BMW both in overal shape as in details like the kidney shaped grill. The 400 was available in coupe and cabriolet versions. Pretty neat Unique car, I have never seen one in person.
