Originally Built in 1997 by Vintage Spyders of CA, it has been heavily modified recently with full A Arm IRS front and rear. It has Miata hubs and brakes.
It has a 1914 cc fuel injected VW type 1 engine with a Porsche 914 (AKA 901) close ratio gear box with a cable shifter. It also has Crane optical MSD type ignition with Crane high output coil.
The rear suspension is a cantilever type suspension with coil overs inboard. The front suspension is more standard as the coilover is straight up and down. Both front and rear are fully adjustable for caster, camber and toe. The front A-Arms are asymetrical to allow more caster adjustment. The front and rear coil over shocks feature multiple adjusments for stiffness and ride height.

It has Cibie Halogen Headlights and LED tail/brakelights that strobe on braking.
The roll cage (full roll cage for hillclimbing is required) is SCCA approved and I have an SCCA hillclimb log book with the car. I also have a manual of the components used for the car (ignition, EFI etc) and the jig used to make the rear A-Arms.
Another feature of the car is a removable steering wheel and there are two steering wheels with the car with hubs.
This is a driver has been since new. It has an antique title and license plate in Pennsylvania (as a 1957 Spyder) . I use it for autocross and hillclimbing in PA.
