1957 Lincoln Premier- 2 doorThe Ultimate Fin-mobile I have an antiquity company in the middle of Texas.
We specialize in fine antiques and collectibles.
Once in a while my customers turn in a classic automobile or motorcycle.
This is one of those items: We received this beautiful and gorgeous 2 door Lincoln from an estate in the Hill Country of Texas.
The owner spent a lot of money on the restoration in the last 10 years.
But since his passing, he did not get a chance to completely finish the restoration, hence the car sat for a few years.
We received the car and added gas and a new battery and the old girl came to life.Since it was parked for a long time, it needs mechanical attention to make it run better. The brakes are not good at all so it needs a brake job.The owner collected three large bins of extra parts (new and old) over the last 30 years.
All these parts go with the car.
The parts alone are worth quite a bit of money.
This beautiful original Lincoln comes with : 368 V-8 engine Three speed turbo automatic transmission.
It has air conditioning Power assisted steering Power brakes Power windows Power seats Power antenna Remote controlled exterior mirror Electronic controlled dial radio Equipped with heaters under the dash and under the front seat.
It also has factor installed running lights.
What is good about the car: It is a solid and straight rust free Texas car.
It comes with a clear Texas title.
The seats and carpet has been professionally re-done.
The paint was new 6 years ago when it was parked indoors.
It needs is a few touch ups.
All the glass is in perfect shape.
All the chrome and parts are there.
It runs and drives.
What is not so good about the car: Since it was parked for a long time, it needs mechanical attention to make it run better.
Such as perhaps a carburetor rebuild.
The brakes are not good at all so it needs a brake job.
The power window works on the driver’s side, but the other windows need to be worked on.
You need to finish the restoration that the owner has started; of course most of the hard and costly cosmetic work has already been done.
Please see the pictures so you can see how beautiful it is.
So bring your trailer and we will help you load it up.
All the inspections must be done before the auction closes.
