Seller states:

Have owned the car for over 20 years, was originality a Florida car brought to Wisconsin in 1987 and has been stored off season.

Starts and runs fine, paint looks great at 20′ feet, not perfect at 2′.

Black interior refurbished by owner.

Has side windows, top and tonneau.

Car is pretty much original except for new hi-torque starter (have old working starter), water pump, rebuilt radiator, and transmission was repaired with new “lay” gear.

Car runs okay and has 2 carburetors.

Heater was and is not connected so do not know if it works.

Lights, turn signals, horn and wipers work.

Not sure about the overdrive as I do not know how to use it – when the transmission was rebuilt they said that it worked.

Cannot verify mileage as WI title exempts mileage on older cars.

Odometer reads 65,206 which I believe is correct – when I bought the car in 1988 it read 59,247.

I have never driven the car in the rain or snow and I driven it each summer.

  1. Add a SBC V8?? Oh yeah what a great idea, lets add about 300 pounds to the front of the car that almost ran you out of the cockpit from heat with the six cylinder and had marginal brakes as it was and expect it to be a more fun car to drive??? Really?? You’d be far better off with a kit car Cobra if that’s your idea of a good time!
