Motorcycles Join Listings On Popular LegendaryFind.com Website

Top Car Buyers’ Site Adds Best Vintage Motorcycle Buys Along with Collectible Automobiles.

Santa Cruz, CA — Vintage and exotic car sales website LegendaryFind.com has begun listing collectible motorcycles along with its cars. Long popular with car buffs, the online resource scours the daily Internet listings for top deals offered privately and by dealers.

“Having established ourselves as a resource for connoisseurs of cool and unique automobiles, we now intend to do so among motorcycle aficionados,” says website owner Lars Mapstead.

A collector himself, Mapstead noticed that motorcycle fans lacked a comprehensive reference site for what’s available regionally and nationwide. But his automotive website provided a state-of-the-art solution to also listing vintage motorcycle buys, he says.

“Along with an all-in-one locator for classic motorcycles we provide links to each ad’s origin,” notes Mapstead. “That enables users looking for great buys to pass finds on to fellow motorcycle buffs, using Facebook and other social media.”

The team at LegendaryFinds.com own and drive every style of car and motorcycle featured on the website. Having driven and owned many different types they know what it takes to create a great cycling experience, as well as a good investment, says Mapstead.

“Personal ownership and road experience helps immensely, especially in our selection of top daily featured motorcycles,” he notes. “Motorcycles occupy a special niche in American pop culture—one that echoes worldwide due to iconic motorcycle producers such as Harley-Davidson, as well as Hollywood’s elevation of them into symbols of the spirit of a nation.”

“We’re proud to roll out a new website feature that makes vintage wares of motorcycle producers available to all who recognize outstanding quality.”

Entrepreneur and Silicon Valley venture capitalist Mapstead is also the guiding hand behind several prominent social networking and gaming sites.

LegendaryFinds.com Road Tests New Website For Car Buyers

Popular Site Features Hot Rods, Classic & Custom Cars, Race Cars and Sports Cars Displayed in an Innovative Format.

Santa Cruz, CA — Vintage and exotic car sales website LegendaryFinds.com recently announced an upgrade of its website to enhance car browsing.

An innovator in gathering car ads from across the Internet, the website now incorporates software which can instantly display notable cars as they become available online—thus providing car browsers and buyers with a distinct advantage. The site focuses exclusively on hot rods, custom cars, race cars, classic cars and sports cars.

On the Internet for years, LegendaryFinds.com caters primarily to true connoisseurs of cool and unique automobiles, says website owner Lars Mapstead.

“A car collector myself, I realized early on that the Internet lacked a dedicated website for this growing and knowledgeable segment of the automobile marketplace,” he says. “Internet skills used in my other businesses translated perfectly in helping create this website. For me, it has been a real labor of love.”

An entrepreneur and Silicon Valley venture capitalist, Mapstead is also the guiding hand behind several prominent social networking and gaming sites.

“Next to devising an efficient way to locate and display these beautiful cars, our key innovation is to provide quick links to each car ad’s origin,” notes Mapstead. “We also enable users to pass favorite finds on to fellow car buffs using Facebook and other social media.”

The team at LegendaryFinds.com own and drive every style of car featured on the website including hot rods, custom cars, classic cars, race cars, and sports cars. Having driven and owned many different types of cars they know what it takes to create a great driving experience, as well as a good investment, says Mapstead.

“Personal ownership and road experience helps immensely, especially in our selection of top daily featured cars,” he adds.

August 2012 Good Guys Rod and Custom Show Coverage

Spent my saturday picking over the swap meet, and looking at well over 1000 cars. Man I thought I would get in and out in about 5 hours, hell no the sun finally beat me down, but I got a lot of cool shots of some really wicked rides. There were 4-5 cars that really stood out for me.

Strangers Car Show Pictures and Coverage 2012

Today I rallied the 36 Roadster over the big hwy 17 mountain again. Even though it again had Heating issues I made the trip successfully. What an amazing day !! So many awesome cars and the best people ! I have to say Strangers car show is one of my favorites to attend each year. The venue and huge family Barbecue are awesome the Show is set in an made up old town park full of buildings from the early 1900 from all over the Silicon Valley. they moved them all there and set up a little town rescued building to go wit the rescued cars. It really is perfect. Has the Vibe of the old Paso Robles Show. There were a couple insane mercs. Some really Beautiful Cadillacs. A bunch of great traditional Rods. and a grip of cool Customs. As well as a few old Drag cars to round off the Lot. Bitchen old Trucks. Anyway thanks so Much to the Strangers for putting this awesome show on, looking forward to going to many many more !!!

Santa Cruz Woodies on The Wharf 2012

Spent the day at Woodies on the Wharf, got the old 1941 Ford woody out of the garage and drive it down to the wharf today. Good turnout of Awesome Woodies a few caught my eye as usual, to me the Star of the show was a Mercury wagon with an Ardun engine in it. Very very cool. Saw tons of my local town car buddies wandering around and checking out all the Wood icon smile Santa Cruz Woodies on The Wharf 2012 Buicks, Packards, Ford, Chevy, Rolls, Pontiac, Dodge, Chrysler, Desoto, there was a very nice variety of cars, with lots and lots of traditional and original cars.
