The real deal Ardun not a reproduction. Here it is Kids Ardun Flathead the holy Grail of hot rodding Just as a point of reference most arduns I come across go for around $50,000 so add in a real 32 roadster and your prolly in the 75K range given the shape of this one. A perfect Ardun Roadster sold at auction this summer for over $160,000 so this car is pretty interesting.
I,ve owned this car for 30 years.
Original frame with 1948 Flathead engine fitted with original Ardun heads(numbers 242 and 243).
These are the earlier heads with the front water outlets,unlike the reproductions available.
Engine is fitted with 4 Strombergs,Vertex mag,Potvin cam,Headers etc,etc
Trans is 1939 Ford
Rearend is 1936 Ford Fitted with original Culver City quickchange and Model A rear spring
Original 41 Lincoln brakes front and rear.16 ” early ford wheel with ribbed front tires and 7.00/16 rears
Dropped 1932 Ford heavy axle,uncut wishbone,1932 Pedals,Armstrong lever shocks
F100 Steering box with NOS worm and Sector,1940 Ford pickup steering column.
Stewart warner Survey Speedometer and 8 Stewart Warner 2 5/8 curved glass gauges inc Oil press,fuel,amps,oil temp,vacc,fuel press and 2 water temp gauges.
Original body with new floor panels,Still needs rust repairs as shown in the photos.
Original grille and insert,original radiator.
BLC headlights,46-8 Chev tailights.
Car is a project and still needs to be finished obviously
