~This is an all Henry Ford steel 1935 Ford Five Window Deluxe coupe that has had a beautiful stock restoration performed on it approximately 10 years ago. 100% Rust free! Life long California car its never seen a day of foul weather or a salty road in her life! One of the most nicely preserved all steel body’s you could ever hope to find! If you are looking for a modified, chopped, and channeled hot rod, THIS IS NOT IT! It is a gorgeous car that draws a crowd everywhere you take it and just makes people smile. It still has the CA black and yellow license plates. The body is in excellent condition. The doors shut nicely. The chrome is excellent. The paint is very nice. It has an excellent finish. It does have some minor paint chips from being enjoyed. Nothing that would keep you from being proud to cruise it and show it anywhere. The floorboards and frame are beautiful. It has a Flathead V-8 and three speed manual transmission. One change from stock was the upgrade to hydraulic brakes with a dual master cylinder that were professionally done at ABS in Orange, California. The Ford runs and drives well. New whitewall tires. Dual exhaust with new mufflers. The interior is in nice condition. It has the original radio. The front window cranks out fine. There is a crack in the passenger side window. It even has the period correct IKE and WE STAND WITH ROOSEVELT bumper stickers. How cool are those? They definitely add to the theme of the car. All in all, this is just a beautiful, rock solid California Ford coupe that you will love.

Incredibly solid 1929 Model A Ford. Build by Third Coast Hot Rods in Chicago. Feature article in Old Skool Rods. Car comes with a copy of the magazine it was featured in.
Motor is a 265 V8 from a ’56 Chevy or Corvette. 3 Rochester carbs with progressive linkage. They’ve never leaked, and I’ve never had to adjust them. Runs and drives like a dream. Never even a drop of oil on the driveway. 350 transmission works perfectly. Aluminum radiator. Car has never overheated. Firestone tires. 7.50-16s in the rear, 5.50-16s in front. Ford 9″ rear end. Vega steering box. Juice brakes that work great. Dual master cylinder hidden under the floor board. Optima battery. Uses a generator which charges great. Brand new pearl white and blue tuck and roll interior, and brand new carpet. Frame is boxed. You can run the exhaust out of the headers, or cap them off and the exhaust exits through the custom holes in the side of the body. Stewart Warner oil pressure, water temperature, volt meter & speedometer. The guage panel looks to be home made and there is an empty hole in the gauge panel, so there is room for another gauge. The gas tank is in the original location in the cowl, and works great. This gives you a little more trunk space
I originally picked this car up in San Francisco and drove it 503 miles straight down to San Diego. Never had a single problem with it in over three years. Could easily be your daily driver! Drives like a dream. Starts up every time and purrs like a kitten.
The body is in such good shape people assume it’s a kit car, but it’s all metal. Paint has chips and will probably need to be repainted if you want it to be perfect, especially the louvered decklid. It was originally a sport coupe, but it has been cut down to a roadster. I hate to sell it, but I don’t have room for it anymore. Please feel free to send any questions. Thanks for looking.
