this car is VIN#: 1165 built in December of 1956 prior to the spring racing season. 57′ experts believe it to be some kind of “TEST MULE or RACE CAR”. This corvette has many modifications such as:

*Dual brake line – Possible Dual Mastercylinder

*Special suspension & steering modifications

*Fabricated access panel – Drivers side tunnel with possible 4-speed transmission access

*Fabricated access panel – Trunk spare tire to access differential

*Fabricated access panel – Engine compartment to allow air flow to cockpit

*Grill cut & notched for running lights with additional electrical relay under hood
