In its final years, the LaSalle once again became more Cadillac-like in its appearance and details. The narrow radiator grille opening was retained and was flanked by additional side grill work. Headlights, which had moved down and been secured to the “cat-walk”, were again attached to the radiator shell. One interesting feature, adopted by LaSalle in these years, was a Sunroof, marketed as the “Sunshine Turret Top”. Sales again climbed in 1939 to 23,028.

Seller states:

Absolutely beautiful 2009 AACA winner LaSalle. Completely restored and professionally maintained. Like new cloth top, mirror like chrome, excellent tires…car runs and sounds like new. Exterior paint is beautiful with a deep shine and the underneath is in showroom conditions as well. Look at the pictures…they speak for themselves!

Seller States:

Porsche Carrera GT coupe reproduction as clone of the famous Carrera Panamerica racers successful in the late ’50′s. This very rare and spectacular coupe has a GRP/fiberglass/steel reinforced body produced by the 356 “A” coupe manufacturer, JPS Motorsports. Exterior paint in genuine Porsche Glasurite Slate Grey with red Speedster seat interior and a Nardi-style polished wooden steering wheel . The frame is a strengthened 1963 VW with new disk/drum brakes, shocks, a 12 volt electrical system throughout, very bright halogen H4 headlights with “flasher” capability, new dual master brake cylinder, a new and balanced 1776 cc VW engine with forged crank producing over 95hp, mated to a tall-gear 4-speed transmission for highway cruising in excess of 100 miles per hour!. A high-capacity ceramic-coated stainless steel heater/defroster is installed as is a central rear exit stainless steel Carrera “stinger” exhaust, Carrera louvered engine lid with a correct single “A” coupe chromed engine grill and new radial tires on 15″ chrome rims. The distinctive twin “bee hive” stop and directional tail lights signify the unique 1956-look!
With only 1300 miles, this Porsche coupe is unmarked and virtually brand new with a clean underside! The car is very fast and a blast to drive! Porsche owners are constantly blown away by the superb quality detail and accuracy of construction and many are fooled thinking this sexy-looking Carrera Panamerica GT clone is a genuine 4-Cam-ed Carrera and worth well over $100,000.00! And the twin fared-in chrome driving lights, set off by the leather bonnet straps, certainly add to this car’s exciting “period” appeal!
Because the body is hand-rolled fiberglass, no rust will ever occur, a common fault with a genuine Porsche
You and your “significant other” will arrive at the car show, the golf club or your local bar room to admiring and envious glances with not a hair out of place! What a feeling, what a look!!! What a guy…what a girl!!! Those convertible Speedsters one sees everywhere are a dime-a-dozen! Not so, these spectacular and very rare coupes! And this Carrera Panamerica GT race car clone is rarer-than-rare! Just look on any e-bay ad to see loads of those common convertible repro’s!
