Kurtis Kraft Roadster Special for sale.

I kind of like this car it has some potential, but not sure what the deal is with the center head faring, eight make it a single seat, or move the head faring, seller told me that the car is all metal. Has a cool Flathead, and I like the look of the wheels. What do you think ?
